Nick McDonald (Mr Bucketty himself)

In June Nick shared his story about the early struggles to get Bucketty's Brewery off the groundCurly local, Nick McDonald, the co-founder of Bucketty's opened the doors just over a year ago with his wife Alexi.
The founding of Bucketty's is a tale of grit and determination, with neighbours, councils, landlords and Covid placing seemingly insurmountable walls in the way of the now popular brewery. Nick and Alexi entered the venture with zero commercial brewing experience and having never worked in hospitality, but managed to turn their dream into reality.

At this months Story Room Aus Nick will share a series of reflections on what I've learned about life since starting Bucketty's since we opened 18months ago.
